Shipping
We strive to make sure every order placed is shipped in a timely manner. Often the orders are shipped on the next business day, but we are sometimes able to get it out the same day of the order, depending on the time the order is placed.
If you decide to pay by check or money order there will be a delay in the shipment because we cannot ship until full payment has been received.
We do charge a handling fee to help cover the cost of
shipping supplies, equipment, and labor. However, we keep the shipping costs as
low as possible for you. After processing the shipment if you are over charged we will refund the overage to your paying account.
International
Shipments:
Depending on the size, weight and shape the items you are
ordering, a discrepancy in the prices charged to ship internationally may
occur.
If you are undercharged we will
make changes and add up to 10% the amount stated at checkout.
If the difference in the price charged in the
checkout process and the actual cost of shipping is more than a 10% difference
we will contact you for approval before charging the extra amount. On the same
note, if we over charge you we will refund the overage to your paying account.
*Any customs, taxes, or other fees added to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Extra Options:
If you would like to pay the extra charges for insurance and tracking information* on your package, or if you have any special packaging/shipping requests, please contact us promptly so we can meet those needs.
*Tracking is not available on some international shipments because we try to use Priority Mail as much as possible to help save on shipping costs.
Quality:
We take all necessary precautions to make sure your package arrives undamaged, however, once it leaves our store, we cannot be held responsible if your package is damaged or lost. We will do everything in our power to help track the shipment, and/or replace the items if they are damaged due to faulty packaging. We hope problems like this will never arise, but if it does please take pictures, where applicable, and contact us immediately to discuss it.
