Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase and will have no need to return any items.   However, if you are dissatisfied for whatever reason we do accept returns if they are made within 30 days from the time we ship the items.

Fabric must be in the original condition – uncut, unwashed, and without smoke odor. We can not refund patterns, books, or clearance items.   Sale items may be returned for their purchased prices, not the regular retail price. Original packaging must be included with the returned item, where applicable. Fees for blocks of the month and annual clubs are not refundable.

To receive a refund please email or call us letting us know of the problem.   We will discuss the options with you – whether you will receive store credit or refund to your paying account.   Each situation is different, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
