Block of the Month Policy

The price of each block of the month covers the cost of the fabric, kit assembly, and packaging.   To keep our BOM prices low and reasonable, we charge a $20 sign-up fee.   This fee goes towards any extra costs we may incur such as books, patterns, or templates that may be needed at the beginning of the series.

When you sign-up for a BOM we acknowledge that you have made a commitment to complete the full set, and therefore, we commit to having a kit made for you each month.   If you have to cancel, for whatever reason, we are sorry, but your $20 sign-up fee will not be refunded. 

*We can no longer accept PayPal for blocks of the month that are being paid for on a per month basis.*

Saturday Sampler You will have the choice between two color-ways in this Saturday Sampler. Your first block will cost $5, but if you come the next month, on time, with your completed block you will receive the next kit for free. If you are interested please call, email, or come by the shop and let us know you would like to sign-up for this fun club!	Civil War Stars Our newest Civil War reproduction quilt. One of the most popular block designs from the time period is the star. "Civil War Stars" highlights this motive and presents 7 rows of star blocks, each with a special significances to the Civil War.	Joy This block of the month, starting if February, will run for 12 months. During the 12 months you will assemble the complete quilt top! The finished quilt is apx. 89" x 106".
Oriental Mystery Starts February 2012 Back by popular demand! This sampler block of the month features a great selection of beautiful oriental fabrics. This runs for 12 months.	Hop To It This block of the month features applique blocks with the bunny in the center! The applique can be done by hand or machine to suit your personal preference. This block of the month program runs for 12 months and starts in March. It is $24.50 per month.	Simple Sampler In this 12 month block of the month program you will create blocks to assemble a quilt apx. 60" x 72".  You will be given all the fabric, patterns, and instructions needed to assemble the quilt. Something unique about this program is that it is made in a way to allow for you to add fabrics from your own stash to make the quilt bigger. There are also no hard-fast instructions on fabric placement. You put the fabric where you see fit so that the quilt is uniquely yours when you are finished.
This Goes with That This block of the month runs for 8 months! The quilt is completely hand pieced using the super easy English Paper Piecing method.  You can actually take this quilt with you on the go making it the perfect project for mornings at the doctor's office and evenings at soccer practice.
